Project 1: Hybrid ML-Based Credit Risk Assessment and Decision Automation System

The aim of the project is to develop and bring to market an artificial intelligence-based credit risk assessment solution that automates decision-making in real time, integrates deterministic risk policy rules with machine learning models, ensures data quality assessment, decision reliability and explainability (XAI), and can be easily integrated into existing credit management systems via API as a B2B SaaS product.

The project is funded under the activity “Encouraging micro, small and medium-sized enterprises to develop artificial intelligence solutions (Central and Western Lithuania region)”, part of progress measure No. 05-001-01-05-05 “Encouraging enterprises to digitalise” under the Economic Transformation and Competitiveness Development Programme. The programme is administered by the Ministry of the Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania as administrator of the 2022–2030 development programme.

Project 2: Service Design and Business Process Innovation for Integration into International Value Chains

The aim of the project is to design and implement a new service delivery scheme that makes it clearer and simpler for customers to purchase the services offered, together with organisational and business process innovations in customer management, sales, accounting, analytics and budgeting.

The project is funded under the activity “Encouraging the development of non-technological innovation (Central and Western Lithuania region)”, part of progress measure No. 05-001-01-05-07 “Creating a coherent system for promoting innovation activities” under the Economic Transformation and Competitiveness Development Programme. The programme is administered by the Ministry of the Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania as administrator of the 2022–2030 development programme.
